The online grading system is used by course instructors, course directors, program coordinators, and the registrar’s office. Your main menu is tailored to your role in the grading process. Therefore, you may or may not have access to all of the menus and functions described in this manual.
The main menu is divided into three submenus:
- Grading Process: the workhorse of the system used by instructors and course directors to evaluate and record grades for students
- Curriculum Management: used primarily by course coordinators, and the registrar’s office to set up courses in the online grading system and manage the course information
- Students and Users Profile Management: Used primarily by registrar office and system admin groups to view/set user permission in any courses/academic year.
Subsequent chapters of this manual are devoted to each submenu. Again, you may or may not have access to all of these menus and functions.
