If your privileges allow you to edit a page, there will be a button in the top right corner labeled Turn editing on. This button can be used to toggle the editing mode on and off.

When editing mode is ON, you will see many additional icons on the page.

Content sections will gain a Move icon (top left) and Highlight & Hide icons (top right). To reposition the section, drag the section by the Move icon. Clicking Highlight or Hide will perform the expected function.

There are two additional section edit icons: Edit summary and the self-titled Add an activity or resource.

At the bottom of the page there will be two more icons concerning content sections: Increase & Decrease the number of sections.

Within each section, a string of quick edit icons will appear to the right of activities and resources that can be edited.

If you use the “Edit title” icon, clicking on the pencil to edit the title of an activity or resource, be sure to hit “enter” to register changes to the system; just clicking outside the title once it’s edited will not save the changes.

Blocks gain many of the same icons with one exception. The block Move icon is unique. A block can be repositioned by clicking the Move icon and then selecting one of the target areas outlined with blue dashes.
