Clone: This functionality is to create duplicate courses.

• Go to QuizTime.
• Select Log In.
• Go to My Activity.
• Select Educator.

• Review your courses and select Clone to the course in which that you would like to duplicate.

• Select Clone to the question “ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CLONE THIS COURSE?”

• The course will be displayed under Educator. The course name will be the same course name that you have cloned – DUPLICATE.
• Select Manage.

• Select Manage Course.

• Update the Course Title. You can also update course details, activities and members according to your new course requirement.

Archive & Delete:

Archive: This functionality is to remove a course from your course display dashboard but you still want to restore them back later.

Delete: This functionality is to completely remove a course from your activities.

• Log In to QuizTime.
• Go to My Activity.
• Select Educator.

• Review your courses and select Archive to the course in which that you would like to remove from your course display dashboard.

• Select Archive to the question “ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO ARCHIVE THIS COURSE?”
• Go to Archives to make sure the course has been moved and it is no longer under Educator.

• Select Manage if you would like to update your course for the future.
• Select Restore if you would like to put the course back under Educator.
• Select Delete if you would like to remove the course completely from your activities.

Note: Once you delete your course you cannot add it back as all credits and learner data will be removed.
