Every Android phone is different. This is a general guide to setting up Exchange access on any phone. Some steps may not be identical on your phone model.

1. Open the Email application.
2. Click the Menu button and then click the Accounts button.
3. Click the Menu button again and click Add Account.
4. Enter your email address and password.
5. Click Next.
6. Click Exchange Account.
7. Enter your: DOMAINusername, password, and Exchange server address.
8. Check Use Secure Connection and Accept All SSL Certificates.
9. After authentication, check the boxes associated with the features you want to include such as Push (when you get an email on the Vanderbilt server, it is immediately sent to your phone), Amount To Sync, Notifications, Sync Contacts, Sync Calendar, Sync Calendar Amount.
10. Click Next.
11. In the next screen, you need to give an account name and your name (this will be displayed on outgoing email messages).
12. You’re done!
