Quiz Name

We recommend choosing a name and description that are relevant and easy to find later.  Rather than choosing to name your quiz “Week 1 Quiz” it may be beneficial for you to name your quiz “Week 1 Quiz – Protein Concepts.”  That way, if you are reusing your quiz for next year, it will be easy to find and make edits.

Quiz Description

The quiz description is a good place to provide general instructions to your students.

Displaying Description to Students

To make sure that students can view the course description, check the box that says “Display description on course page.”  The quiz and description will display on the student’s course page like the example below.

Even if this button is not checked, when the student goes to take the test, the description will appear under the Quiz name.
