2. Create a new Course Collection from Collection Admin Interface. Course Collections can be created from the Collection Admin Interface by selecting the Course Name. Only one Course Collection can be created at a time. Each Course Collection is assigned a static “Short ID” that is succeeded by “(auto)” so that users know that collection was auto-generated from PeopleSoft data.

3. Associate an Activity to a Collection from the Activity Admin Interface. Activity Admins can now assign an Activity to a Course Collection under the “Settings” tab of the Activity Admin interface. When a course is selected, the Course Collection is created and a new Course Collection is created, if it does not already exist, and the Activity is associated with that Collection. If more than one Collection is selected, then the one Activity is associated with more than one Course Collection.

4. Enhancement: Additional Fields in Reports Download. Report Admins now have additional information in their report download. These include:

  • Email address for assessor
  • “N/A” fields contain information for Vanderbilt population; remain for non-Vanderbilt population
  • Activity Type
  • Time the response was submitted
  • Activity Name, along with Activity ID
  • Collection Name, if there is only one activity associated to one Collection. If many Activities are associated to one Collection, “many” is returned. If no Collection is associated, then “none” is returned.

5. Enhancement: Verbiage Included for Date Picker. In the Reports Admin area, verbiage is included to remind Reports Admins to use the date picker tool to select search dates instead of manually entering dates. Although the manually entered dates should work, data returned in the report may be inconsistent.
