1. Pending Activities Page. “Advisors” now have a “Pending Activities” page on their left-hand navigation bar that lists all activities that an Advisor has to complete and those that are past due (past due activities fall off after one month). The page also includes notification banners to alert users as to what activities they have to complete and which are past due.
- Green Banner – no activities assigned
- Yellow Banner – activities to complete
- Red Banner – activities due within 48 hours and/or activities past due
2. Direct Assessment Emails for Faculty, Peer, and Self-Assessments. Users who are assigned Faculty, Peer, and/or Self Assessments now receive emails with a link to either a full list of assessments they need to complete for an Activity (advisors), or a direct link to the assessment form.
3. Enhancement: Student Photos in Assessment Forms. The enlarged photos included with assessment forms are now clickable. They display a pop-up with a larger photo, brief profile information, and a link to the student’s full profile. The student’s name also produces the same pop-up.
4. Bug Fix: Collection Members. Admins who access a Course Collection and are already enrolled in PeopleSoft have a dual membership in Course Collections. This has been corrected so that only one membership is listed. Ticket #331728
5. Bug Fix: Admins are not able to add themselves to Activities in order to View Their Activities. Admins who create an activity are now added as an Activity Owner by default. Ticket #434438
6. Bug Fix: Learners not Showing up in Collections. If an advisor has an activity showing with “Learners: 0” in their list they should open the activity, go to the members tab, then click Save to refresh it. This bug has been corrected in all future instances. Ticket #475114
