Cutoff Dates for Activities – This new optional feature is available when creating Activities. If selected, an Activity remains “active” until that Activity reaches its cuttoff date. The Activity will then show additional instructions that activity is past due for the student. Because of this change all “end date” references will now be relabeled as “due date.”
On the Learner Competency Dashboard report, there is now an average across individual milestones for a user.
Contextual Login – the left navigation will always reflect the logged in user.
Open assessment invite list now shows an invite summary to reduce load time. A full learner list can be downloaded.
Broken user links within Activities has been fixed.
Administrator search function is now faster.
Outlook on Mac now has new download instructions included in report emails.
Fixed bug in Annotation feature.
Introduction of “role-based” options in forms. You now must assign a role (or multiple roles) when creating a form. At this point, you can only access a form for someone who is your trainee.
