Items to remember when creating invitations and sending reminders:

• The expiration date defaults to (1) the Activity end date, if it exists, or (2) six weeks from the Activity creation date, if it does not.
• Selecting an expiration date beyond the Activity end date DOES NOT extend the Activity; the Activity will close as usual.
• If no notification date is entered, NO email notification will be sent to the invitee. Reminders CAN be sent ad hoc.
• Specifying Learners is optional. If you do not select a Learner, the invitee will be assigned the entire list of Learners.
• Activity Admins can still send a reminder to the entire group, but even those who have already completed the Activity will get the reminder. (This is a bug and has been logged.)
