1. Portfolio Enhancement: Activity Admins can send reminders to select users. Activity Admins can send email reminders to invited assessors who have not completed the Activity, or whose invitation is still valid. The “Send Reminder” button is located under the Assessors email address. Once a reminder is sent, a note with the last date sent is added. This is not cumulative: only the last date a notification is sent is recorded and listed. The reminder is a duplicate of the original email, with the only difference being in the subject line that includes the word “Reminder.”
This feature is available in Compass Assessments and 360 Degree Assessments under Tab 5 “Email Invitees.”

2. Compass Enhancement: Students can send reminders to invitees. Requested by students: Students can now send a reminder to those they have invited to provide feedback. A new “Send Reminder” button is included on the right-hand side of the invitee line. Two additional enhancements are included: (1) the invitation creation date is above the “Send Reminder” button and (2) the last time a reminder was sent is included under the invitee’s name.
This feature is available on the Compass Student landing page under “Pending Feedback.”
Remember: Invitations that expire after the Activity end date will not be available to the invitee if the invitee attempts to access the feedback form after the end date.
3. Custom Student Message with Feedback Request. Requested by students: Students now have the option to add a custom message to include in the request for feedback email.
This feature is available on the Compass “Request Feedback” page.
4. Bug Fix: Compass Assessments Show Numbers. Completed Compass feedback forms include rating numbers on the Compass landing page under “Received Feedback” and caused confusion. The number has been removed.
