For certain groups, freeform can be utilized in facilitating group discussions.

All students and advisors should be able to log on to freeform using their VUNet ID and Password @ https://freeform.vanderbilt.edu/

And then click on the “Groups” tab at the top and see their respective groups:

Once you are in a group if a comment is posted everyone is notified by an email that will look like this:

You can click on the “Like” or “Reply links. Or you can click on the Group to see the complete discussion:

If a group is private, like a Portfolio Coach group, ONLY those in the group can see the comments posted in the group.
