The most commonly graded activities are:

• Assignments
• Quizzes

However, assignments and quizzes can be used for practice, participation, or in other ways, and if a teacher chooses, it is possible not to count assignments and quizzes in the gradebook.

The following activities can have grades associated with them.  How or whether or not the activity is graded depends on how the activity is set up.

• Database
• Glossary
• Lesson
• SCORM package
• Workshop

Any other activity may be added to the gradebook manually, but does not have the ability to be automatically tallied by Spark Learn.

If you are unsure about whether an activity is graded, please consult your course syllabus or with the faculty member that assigned the activity.
