1. Anonymous view is the default setting for Peer Assessment Activities. When an Activity is created, if a creator chooses to turn off the anonymous setting, that individual must acknowledge their choice by clicking through a pop-up box.
2. The “Download All Responses” report is back. There are options to create both a numeric report (just milestone values) and a text report (includes milestone text). Either option you choose will take a few minutes to compile, then a link will be sent via email.
3. A new tab on the Dashboard shows a visual representation of how a student has progressed in milestones over Portfolio cycles. This is the Aggregate Competency Dashboard.
4. The flags indicating a faculty comment on a Monitor’s list of Trainee’s is now a neutral color.
5. A basic search has been added to faculty and student activity pages.
6. Administrators will now be able to build basic forms using a graphical interface. The interface is basic now but will continue to grow.
