- VP-620 – Compass Email Enhancements:
- Emails will include student picture
- Email from address will read “Student Name via VSTAR” unless a name (the course director or program name) is added to the Open Assessment Activity page.
- The reply to email address will function from the Open Assessment Activity page.
- Subject line for emails will now read “Feedback Requested for Student Name”
- VP-621 – Open Assessment Enhancements:

- Due date for Activity becomes due date for all requests.
- VP-615 – Compass Request Expiry Time:
- If Activity has a cut off date Activity will expire at that time (Activity looks for this first)
- If Activity has an due date invites will expire at that time (Activity looks for this next)
- Otherwise, invite will expire 6 weeks from current date (This is the default if no cutoff or due date)
- Notifications will be sent to Invitees 24 hours before due date
- VP-619 – Final Evaluation forms, whether from Online Grading or from VSTAR Grades, should now be visible for students on the Student Dashboard in VSTAR Portfolio
