VSTAR Portfolio, version 3.6.0, released 10/9/2015
- New Landing Pages: Based on a user’s role (student, advisor, admin, or super user), the first page after login will display a menu, with help text, relevant to the role. This includes separate tabs in My Activities and My Trainees Activities for Open, Incomplete, Complete, and All Activities.
- Email Verification: A user requesting feedback may now review the email that will be sent, and make edits to email addresses before sending, if necessary.
- Student status in Reports: Downloaded reports will now include a column displaying the student’s status at the time of the Activity, for improved student tracking.
- Inactive Portfolio users: Super users may now flag users as inactive, hiding them from view. If the user logs in, their status changes to active and they are no longer flagged or hidden.
- Activity cache when cloning a collection: Whenever a cloned Collection is saved, all fields and views will now display immediately.
- Scatterplot data available to all Collection Monitors: All monitors of a Collection may now view the full scatterplots, within the Collection, generated from Activities.
