VSTAR Portfolio, version 3.7.0, released 10/19/2015
- Open vs. Compass assessments: Learners now have a tab in Portfolio marked Compass Feedback, displaying all Activities completed through the mobile app, Compass, rather than with other Open assessments, which will remain in the Feedback on Me tab.
- Collections:
- Navigating to a learner’s Activity: Monitors on collections may now navigate directly to a specific learner’s Activity, rather than the list of all learners on the Activity, when clicking the number next to a learner’s name then selecting the desired Activity name.
- Collection digest: Monitors now have the option to opt in or out of the Collection email digest by selecting Collection Options on the Collection page and checking or un-checking the box as desired. Previously, this could only be changed by the Collection‘s creator, and applied to all Monitors.
- Learner and scatterplot display: Learner lists and competency scatterplots now appear in a Collection, even when the Collection consists solely of faculty assessments.
- Collection monitor view: Collections are now divided into several tabs, separating Activities, Learners, and Advisors. The Learner tab now includes the competency scatterplots.
- Late and In Progress: Within a Collection, selecting Late or In Progress will allow Monitors to view all learners and/or assessors who completed the Activity past its due date or have begun, but not completed it.
