1. Activity supervisors can send email notifications by selecting a group of members who needs to receive the message. Users supervising activities can now send a customized message to a group of members, such as those who have not completed an assessment. Returning to the notification area allows the activity supervisor to send the customized message to the entire group, or remove members from the distribution list.
2. Activity notifications are logged as “sent” and “seen.” Email notifications that are sent from an activity are logged as “seen” or “sent” so that activity supervisors can quickly identify those who have received the notification and those who have seen the notification.
3. New discussion tool in VSTAR Portfolio allows for “up” and “down” voting and sorting by popularity. A new tool is now available in VSTAR Portfolio to support online discussions that includes the ability to give a discussion post an “up” or “down” vote. These votes allow discussion posts to be sorted by popularity.
4. An aggregate view of VSTAR Portfolio items is displayed on the VSTAR Home landing page. VSTAR Portfolio discussions and open items are listed on the VSTAR Home landing page.
