Activity reports are open to anyone who is an Advisor in to an Activity. They will appear on the Activity page.
Personalized Activity Administration
- There will be a courses column on the “Activity” page in the Admin view to make filtering by course easier
- There is now a “My Activities Only” button
- The “My Activities Only” view is the default for Admins
- For SuperUsers, the default view will be “All Activities”
Activity Sort Order
- Activities now sorted in groups of 10, with 10 most recent, sorted by due date, appearing first.
- “Next 10 Activities” available by clicking link at the bottom of the Activities feed
Public Forms
- Portfolio Coaches and Students will see this feature first
- This feature will allow certain roles to fill out feedback on a student outside of an Activity
- Forms will be created by OEIT as the need arises
