VSTAR Portfolio, version 3.8.0, released 11/9/2015
- Batch upload of Artifacts: Multiple batches of Artifacts may now be uploaded in a single day.
- Activity sorting: Activities may now be filtered by New Activities, Open Activities, Archived Activities, and All Activities to allow for easier sorting as the number of Activities in the system grows. Activities may also be filtered by All and My Activities. These filters are accessed by selecting Create/Edit an Activity from the Admin landing page.
- Activity file uploads: Users may now upload files for an Activity before completing the rest of the assessment form within the same Activity. Admins may now require a file to be attached before an Activity can be submitted. This is accessed from the Settings portion when creating or editing an Activity.
- Bug Fix – New Form creation after cutoff date: A new Form may now be created if an Activity is past its due date but not past its cutoff date. Previously, a new Form could not be created if the cutoff date was extended.
- Bug Fix – Scatterplot details: When hovering over data points on scatterplots, details about that data point now remain visible until another is selected.
