Version 1.1 release 03/02/18
We are excited to announce new release of TurnOut! This release includes new feature – Discussions, which allows meeting owner and other participants to collaborate with each other using our new chat feature. Participants can use discussions using our mobile friendly app on their mobile devices.
- Participants can continue to mark their attendance using the text code. But with introduction of this new feature, they will receive a link to participate in discussions after their attendance is confirmed. They can use this link to participate in discussions with other attendees and the meeting owner.
- Using this link, participants can view the discussions, view handouts (if available), view information about the event, and view any notes from the meeting owner.
- Participant can easily recognize file type for the handouts. Based on file type, each handout has icon next to it – for example for pdf, PowerPoint, etc.
- Participant can take his/hers personal notes for the meeting event.
- Event owner can take also take note in the web application and share it with all participants. Participants receive these notes via email.
- Meeting owner can now clone his/her event.
- Meeting owner can disable or enable the discussion feature for their event.
- Event owners can enter both start and end date/time for their events.
- View event codes for your each of events in your “My Events” listing page.
