How to add Handouts for your event?

Handouts are files meeting owner wants to share with his/hers meeting attendees. Meeting owner can add handouts to a new event or an existing event. Meeting attendee can access handouts for all the events he/she has attended.

A. Add handouts to a new event.

  1. Login to TurnOut.                                                                          
  2. Click “Create event” to start a new event.                                
  3. Add event information in the “Details” tab and click Next.
  4. In the Handouts tab, drag and drop files to handouts box
  5. Or  click on  “Drag files here, or click to select” to upload each file.                                                            
  6. You are allowed to upload up to 5 files as handouts.
  7. Click Done if you are ready with your event.

 

B. Add handouts to an existing event.

  1. Login to TurnOut.
  2. Click on My events
  3. Click on edit icon to an event for which you want to add handout.
  4. Review the first tab – “Details” for any changes/edits.
  5. Click Next to go to Handouts tab.
  6. Drag and drop files to handouts box
  7. Or click on  “Drag files here, or click to select” to upload each file.
  8. You are allowed to upload up to 5 files as handouts.
  9. Click Done if you are ready with your event.

 

C. Meeting attendee can now view handouts for all the events he/she has attended.

  1. Login to TurnOut.
  2. Click on Handouts on the left menu bar.
  3. View all your handouts in list display.
